Residential Development Experience: As Vice-President of the Murtaugh Companies, I have enjoyed many duties. Identifying and evaluating new development sites. Analyzing and computing profitability using complex spreadsheets. I was given the opportunity to oversee and assemble construction costs along with timelines for each project. While coordinating and improving the flow of information between the different divisions of the company, I also was able to become politically involved in the Jacksonville area.


Entrepreneurial Experience: Over the past three years, I was able to establish two mortgage companies. I administered training/retention programs, organized recruiting programs and conducted seminars promoting complex financial products. Directing 15+ Loan Officers in a high pace environment, I developed and administered marketing campaigns to increase sales.


Military Experience: After ten years of service, I have held many titles and worked around the world. As a certified instructor I conducted briefings and de-briefings for pilots and co-pilots. As an analyst I evaluated and calculated highly complex classified mathematical equations. In Iceland I was in charge of over 20 vehicles and organized
housing requirements for the entire NATO base.


SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS & SKILLS

□ Instrumental in analyzing and forecasting profits for a project (Mixed-Use-11 Office Condos & 11 Townhomes) that is set to gross close to one million dollars for Murtaugh Companies. I designed/drafted initial architectural layouts and investigated local laws/building codes to ensure compliance before sumission to Engineers and Architects. I oversaw and assembled construction costs/timelines and made adjustments as the project progressed. Through different sources I compiled and analyzed market data to set projecterd sales prices for the development and ensure profitability.

□ Branch Manager of Transcontinental Lending Group, I directed 15+ Loan Officers in all forms of Residential and Commercial financing. Ranked 2nd across 25 states and in competition with over 250 branches for recruiting new Loan Officers.


As the Hosting & Logistics Coordinator in Keflavik, Iceland, I managed 50+ personnel in a highly complex exercise. Responsible for the motor pool (20+ vehicles) and 8 hotel type buildings, I coordinated placement of dignitaries and visiting aircrews. I evaluated and arranged housing requirements for all personnel visiting foreign countries in Europe. Countries I have worked with include but are not limited to England, France, Germany, Norway, Denmark and Canada.
